Delivery and Payment

Delivery methods and prices

1. Registered delivery by Lithuanian Post – EUR 3.50. Delivery to the Curonian Spit and Neringa – EUR 30.00.
2. At your request, goods can be delivered to your chosen Omniva or LP Express parcel locker – EUR 4.00. For orders of EUR 50.00 or more, delivery to an Omniva or LP Express parcel locker is free.

3. Delivery to the bus station in your city – EUR 6.00. The order is normally available within 1–2 days after dispatch. An identity document is required when collecting the parcel. The parcel is stored free of charge at the bus station for 2 calendar days; a storage fee may apply for each subsequent day.

4. Courier delivery to your specified address: EUR 6.00 in Vilnius and EUR 9.00 in other cities in Lithuania.

5. International delivery by registered Lithuanian Post is charged according to the postal rates applicable at the time of dispatch.

Other international delivery methods using a carrier proposed by the customer may be arranged separately by phone +370 670 47709 and/or email mkojines@gmail.com.

6. Contactless delivery to the LP Express parcel locker at Kedrų g. 4, Vilnius (near Hyper Rimi) – EUR 2.00. If the order is placed and paid for before 17:00, it may be collected after 19:00 the same evening. If the parcel locker is full, the order will be delivered as soon as a locker becomes available.

Delivery times

1. Lithuanian Post within Lithuania: 5–7 working days; made-to-order products: 5–7 working days after production.
2. Parcel locker within Lithuania: 3–5 working days; made-to-order products: 3–5 working days after production.
3. Contactless delivery in Vilnius: the same evening after 19:00 if payment is received before 16:00, subject to parcel-locker availability.
4. International delivery by Lithuanian Post: approximately 10–20 working days depending on the destination country.

When paying by bank transfer, the delivery period is calculated from the date payment is received.

Payment for goods

After an order is confirmed, it is reserved for 2 working days; international orders are reserved for 5 working days. During this period, the Buyer must pay for the ordered goods. All payment information will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer. If payment is not received, the order is cancelled after 2 working days (5 working days for international orders). To purchase after cancellation, the Buyer must place a new order.

Orders delivered within Vilnius may be paid to the courier in cash on delivery. In this case, please have the exact amount shown in the order, as change may not be available.
