We respect and protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how the online store www.mkojines.lt collects, uses, stores and processes your personal data when you use our services, purchase goods, subscribe to our newsletter or browse the website.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Performance of a contract: data is required to conclude and fulfil a purchase and sale contract, including delivery.

You have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data; access your data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion where legally applicable (“right to be forgotten”); restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing; and lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate if you believe your rights have been infringed.
